Our program is thoughtfully designed for:
Infants (0-12 months)
Toddlers (1-3 years)

Limited Kinder Prep availability may be offered for 5-year-olds who are not enrolled in full-time school.
Availability varies by age group.
Is Little Disciples Academy a licensed program?
Little Disciples Academy is in the process of becoming a state-licensed family child care program in Wisconsin and is working closely with the appropriate regulatory agencies to meet all requirements.
Licensure will be finalized prior to opening. We are currently planning for a Fall 2026 opening, with timing dependent on the licensing process and final approvals.
Is your program Christian?

We strive to model Christlike character through kindness, patience, gratitude, and love in our daily interactions. Faith is woven naturally into our environment, routines, and care in a way that is gentle, age-appropriate, and rooted in love.
Our approach is gentle, respectful, and rooted in love, allowing children to experience faith in a natural and age-appropriate way.
Enrollment & Timing
Do families need to be Christian to attend Little Disciples Academy?
No. Families do not need to be Christian to enroll.
Little Disciples Academy is a faith-centered program, and Christian values are naturally woven into our daily environment, routines, and interactions. We welcome families who are comfortable with this approach and appreciate a nurturing, values-based environment.
How do I know if Little Disciples Academy is the right fit for my family?
Little Disciples Academy is designed for families who value a calm, relationship-centered environment, consistent routines, and a faith-centered approach to early childhood care.
Our program may be a strong fit for families seeking a small, home-based setting with individualized attention, clear structure, and a focus on both developmental growth and character formation.
We encourage families to begin with a conversation to ensure alignment and determine whether our program is the right fit for their child.
How does enrollment work?
Enrollment begins with an initial conversation to ensure Little Disciples Academy is the right fit for your family.
As we move closer to opening, select families may be invited to move forward with early enrollment and will be prioritized for tour scheduling the space. Enrollment is confirmed once all required forms and fees are completed.
Due to our intentionally small program size, availability is limited and enrollment is offered on a rolling basis as openings allow.
When is Little Disciples Academy opening?
Little Disciples Academy is planning to open in Fall 2026.
Our exact opening date will depend on the completion of licensing, final home preparations, and enrollment timing. Families who begin with a conversation will be the first to receive updates as we approach opening.
Can we enroll before touring the space?
Yes. In select cases, families may be offered the opportunity to move forward with enrollment following their initial conversation.
A non-refundable enrollment fee is required to reserve a spot. As we approach opening, enrolled families will be invited to tour the space once it is fully prepared.
When are in-person tours offered?
In-person tours will be offered as we approach our opening, once the space is fully prepared.
Families who have completed an initial conversation—and especially those who have secured enrollment—will receive priority scheduling for tours.
What if my child’s age group is full?
Due to our intentionally small program size, some age groups may reach capacity.
Families are welcome to join our waitlist and will be contacted as openings become available. Priority may be given to families who have completed an initial conversation and are aligned with our program.
How do I join the waitlist
Families seeking care for our upcoming opening are encouraged to begin with a conversation rather than joining the waitlist.
Families may join the waitlist by submitting an inquiry and beginning with an initial conversation.
Following this conversation, families who wish to move forward will have the option to join the waitlist. Due to our intentionally small program size, space is limited and waitlist placement does not guarantee enrollment.
Families are encouraged to join the waitlist early and stay connected, as availability may open at different times throughout the year. Additional details can be found on our Waitlist page.
I’m pregnant now, when should I begin enrollment process?
Congratulations! We encourage families to begin the enrollment process during pregnancy, especially for infant care.
Due to our intentionally small program size, infant availability is limited and often fills in advance. Beginning early allows time for a conversation, planning, and securing a spot if available.
Tuition & Care Structure
Do you offer full-time or part-time care?
Little Disciples Academy offers full-time care only.
This allows us to create consistent routines, strong relationships, and a calm, stable environment where children can truly thrive.
How is tuition structured?
Tuition varies by age and reflects the level of care required at each developmental stage.
Preschool & Pre-K tuition typically begins in the mid to upper-$500s per week, with rates increasing for younger age groups due to the higher level of individualized care required.
Full tuition details are shared during a conversation to ensure alignment and availability for your child’s age group.
Is food included in tuition?
Yes. Tuition includes nutritious meals and snacks provided daily as part of our program.
Meals are thoughtfully prepared to support growing children and to create a consistent, convenient experience for families.
What are your hours of operation?
Little Disciples Academy operates Monday through Friday during consistent daytime hours designed to support a calm, structured routine for children.
Specific hours are shared during the enrollment process to ensure alignment with each family’s needs.
Is tuition the same each week?
Yes. Tuition is consistent each week and is not adjusted for holidays, vacations, or absences.
This structure allows us to maintain consistent enrollment, planning, and the high-quality, stable environment families can expect from our program.
Daily Experience & Care
What is your approach to learning?
Our program emphasizes developmentally appropriate learning through play, gentle routines, and meaningful relationships.
We focus on nurturing the whole child—socially, emotionally, physically, cognitively, and spiritually—within a calm, home-like environment. Children are given the time and space to explore, build confidence, and engage in learning that feels natural, purposeful, and rooted in connection.
What does a typical day look like?
Each day at Little Disciples Academy follows a gentle, consistent rhythm designed to support both structure and flexibility.
Our day includes a balance of play-based learning, outdoor time, meals and snacks, rest, and meaningful connection. Activities are thoughtfully planned to support each child’s development, while also allowing time for exploration, creativity, and social interaction.
Faith is naturally woven into the day through simple practices such as prayer, Bible stories, and moments of gratitude. Overall, our environment is calm, nurturing, and intentionally paced to meet the needs of young children.
How many children are enrolled at one time?
Enrollment is intentionally limited to maintain small group sizes and provide individualized attention for each child.
Our program is designed to remain intimate and relationship-centered, allowing for a calm, connected environment throughout the day. Specific enrollment details are shared during conversations.
What is your approach to behavior and discipline?
Our approach to behavior is rooted in guidance, consistency, and connection.
We focus on helping children learn appropriate behavior through modeling, gentle redirection, clear expectations, and age-appropriate support. Rather than punishment, we emphasize teaching, helping children understand their emotions, develop self-regulation, and build positive social skills.
Our goal is to create a calm, respectful environment where children feel safe, supported, and guided as they grow.
How do you communicate with families?
We prioritize consistent, thoughtful communication with families.
Daily updates, photos, and important information are shared through our communication platform, allowing families to stay connected throughout the day. We also value open, ongoing communication and are always available for conversations as needed.
Our goal is to create a strong partnership with families, ensuring you feel informed, supported, and connected to your child’s experience.
Do you have a Parent Handbook?
Yes. Our Parent Handbook outlines program policies, procedures, and expectations to ensure clarity and consistency for all families.
The handbook is shared during the enrollment process and serves as a helpful resource throughout your time with Little Disciples Academy.
